The patchwork of privacy law — CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and a growing list of US state laws — turned into a program you can actually run, not a binder on a shelf. We handle the document layer (privacy notices, DPAs, data-sharing agreements), the operational layer (DSAR response, consent, data mapping), and the readiness layer (breach planning, vendor due diligence). Led by a lawyer credentialed in both privacy law (CIPP/US) and privacy program management (CIPM).

AI Governance

If you're using AI or building with it, governance is no longer optional — customers, partners, and increasingly regulators are asking how you manage it. We help you put the framework in place before you're forced to: AI use policies, risk assessments, vendor and model evaluation, and governance structures that match how your team actually works. Practical, not theoretical — from one of the few privacy lawyers who also holds the AI governance credential (AIGP).

Fractional General Counsel

For companies that need ongoing legal judgment but aren't ready for a full-time GC, we serve as your retained, on-demand counsel — the person who knows your business, your data, and your risk tolerance, and who's a message away when something comes up. Especially suited to data-driven and technology companies where most legal questions touch privacy, contracts, or AI. Senior judgment without a senior salary.

Fractional DPO Services

Separately from our legal work, we also serve as an outsourced Data Protection Officer. If you have obligations under GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar regimes — or simply want independent oversight of your data protection program — we provide the DPO function on a fractional basis: monitoring compliance, advising your team, and acting as your point of contact, without the cost of a full-time appointment.
